These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Fundora website and your participation in any of our educational programs. By accessing our website or enrolling in a program, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully. If you have questions, contact us at [email protected].

1. Definitions

  • "Fundora" / "We" / "Us": refers to Fundora, operating at 55 Jalan Maarof, Bangsar, 59000 Kuala Lumpur.
  • "User" / "You": any individual accessing our website or participating in our programs.
  • "Programs": the educational services offered by Fundora, including group sessions and coaching engagements.
  • "Content": all materials, workbooks, templates, and resources provided as part of a program.
  • "Agreement": these Terms and Conditions, together with any enrolment confirmation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or enrolling in a program, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, and agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or enrol in our programs.

3. Service Description

Fundora offers financial education programs in Malaysia, including:

  • Building Your First Budget — a group program exploring budgeting methods
  • Bond & Fixed Income Concepts — a group program on fixed income instruments
  • Financial Coaching Engagement — a personalised one-on-one coaching service

Programs are available to residents of Malaysia. Fundora reserves the right to modify program availability, schedules, and content at any time.

4. Enrolment and Registration

Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Program places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. You are responsible for ensuring that the contact details you provide are accurate. Fundora is not liable for missed communications due to incorrect information provided at enrolment.

5. Payment Terms

  • All fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Payment is due in full at the time of enrolment.
  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (IBG/DuitNow), credit/debit cards, and selected e-wallets.
  • Receipts are issued upon confirmed payment.

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by participant:

  • More than 7 days before program start: full refund less a 5% administration fee.
  • 3–7 days before program start: 50% refund.
  • Less than 3 days before program start: no refund.
  • For coaching engagements: cancellation after the first session results in no refund for the completed session. A credit for remaining sessions may be offered at Fundora's discretion.

Cancellation by Fundora: If Fundora cancels a program intake, enrolled participants will receive a full refund or priority placement in the next available intake.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to engage with our programs in good faith, treat other participants and staff with respect, not share, reproduce, or distribute program materials without written permission, not record sessions without explicit consent from all participants, and not use information shared in sessions for commercial purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

All program materials, workbooks, templates, and content created by Fundora remain the intellectual property of Fundora. Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use these materials for personal educational purposes only. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is not permitted.

9. Disclaimers

Fundora's programs are educational in nature and do not constitute financial advice. No specific financial outcomes are promised or implied. Participants are encouraged to seek independent professional advice before making financial decisions. Program content reflects general educational information and may not be suitable for all individual circumstances.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Fundora's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the relevant program. Fundora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in our programs or reliance on program content.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Fundora, its educators, and staff harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of program materials or content.

12. Termination

Fundora reserves the right to remove a participant from a program without refund if that participant engages in conduct that is disruptive, disrespectful, or in violation of these Terms. Either party may terminate a coaching engagement with reasonable notice; refund terms in section 6 apply.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

Fundora may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued participation in our programs after changes constitutes acceptance.
