Common Questions

Things People Often Ask

Do I need any prior financial knowledge to join?
Not at all. The budgeting program is designed for complete beginners. The bond program assumes a basic understanding of what investing is, but no specialist knowledge is needed. We start from where you are.
Are sessions conducted online or in person?
Group programs are available in both formats depending on the intake schedule. Coaching engagements are typically conducted online for flexibility, though in-person sessions in Bangsar can be arranged upon request.
What is the difference between coaching and a group program?
Group programs follow a set curriculum with a fixed schedule. Coaching is entirely personalised — the content, pace, and focus are shaped by your specific situation. If you prefer privacy and flexibility, coaching tends to suit better.
How long before I can enrol after reaching out?
We typically respond within one to two business days. Coaching engagements can often begin within the week. Group programs run on a rolling intake — we'll confirm the next available start date when you get in touch.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept online bank transfer (IBG/DuitNow), credit and debit cards, and selected e-wallet platforms. Payment details are shared upon confirmation of your enrolment.
Are the programs suitable for Malaysians at all income levels?
Yes. Our programs are deliberately non-judgmental. Whether you're managing a modest income or a comfortable one, the skills we teach are relevant and practical. There is no assumed income level or lifestyle standard.
